SeaFunded has an account inactivity policy to ensure active participation and efficient account management across all account types.

Inactivity Timeline

Our inactivity policy follows a two-stage process:

25-Day Warning Period

• After 25 days of no trading activity, you'll receive an inactivity warning

• Warning notifications are sent via email to your registered address

• You have an additional 5 days to resume trading activity

• No penalties or fees are applied during the warning period

30-Day Account Termination

• If no trading activity occurs within 30 days total, your account will be terminated

• Account termination results in forfeiture of all account profits

• Terminated accounts cannot be reactivated or restored

• No refunds are provided for entry fees, activation fees, or other charges
